Connie McLaughlin

Connie is a trusted football presenter and journalist currently broadcasting across the BBC and ITV. This year, she led the way as ITV’s lead reporter with Scotland at the Euros 2024, pitch-side at the opening game of the tournament.

Connie knows the international beat inside out and has been the main pitch-side reporter for Viaplay and Premier Sports right across their UEFA Qualifying campaign. She has racked up the air miles covering the Champion’s League, Europa and Conference League right across Europe, from The Bernabéu to the Artic Circle working pitch-side for TNT Sports. She was also picked to anchor BT Sport’s studio-based coverage of the Hearts in the Europa League and Europa Conference League.

Aside from football, Connie presents Premier Sports EPCR Challenge Cup Rugby coverage and is the lead female on BBC Scotland’s boxing coverage.
